Did Mexican Man Kill and BBQ His Neighbor's Dogs?
Police in northern Mexico arrested a man who confessed to killing his neighbor's three dogs and then barbecuing them.
Ciudad Juarez police spokesman Adrian Sanchez said Ulises Rodela, 39, was arrested Wednesday after officers responded to a call for <a href={url}>{keyword}</a> a street fight.
Rodela told officers his neighbor confronted him after finding out Rodela had called in the city's animal control division after spotting the dogs roaming the streets. The neighbor, whose name was not disclosed, told police he checked and animal control had no record of picking up or taking in the dogs.

Police said Rodela confessed to killing and barbecuing the dogs.
El Diario de Juarez newspaper reported Rodela’s son, Manuel Naruaga, stood up for his father, saying it was all the work of a disgruntled neighbor causing a fuss.
Officials are still trying to determine whether, assuming he killed the dogs, if Rodela sold the meat. The Chihuahua state inspector is taking <a href={url}>{keyword}</a> samples from various food stands to test for dog meat.
Published reports in Ciudad Juarez said some neighbors support Rodela and others support the dog owner.
Police are still investigating the case.

Identity theft is the type of crime that’s easy to dismiss. Until it happens to you. Just imagine, you’ve filed your tax return and are eagerly awaiting yourrefund. It’s money you need to pay some bills or buy whatever you’ve been hankeringfor. But then you get a notice from the Internal Revenue Service saying thatyour return has been rejected. You won’t be getting a refund because it already has been claimed.You’ve become a victim of identity theft. Now, identity theft becomes very real. And it’s gettingfrustratingly real for a growing number of taxpayers. Typically, an identity thief will steal someone’s personal information, includinghis or her Social Security number, and file a bogus return claiming a refund. This is often doneearly in the tax season, before most people have a chance to file their legitimatereturns. “In some situations, fraudulent filings may cause us to initiate an adverse enforcementaction against the innocent taxpayer until we are able to confirm that someone else has used his orher information,†the IRS said in written testimony submitted to the House of Representatives. When defrauded taxpayers aren’t getting the help they need from the IRS, they canturn to the Taxpayer Advocate Service. From 2008 to 2012, the number of tax-related identity-theftcases the service handled increased 666 percen <a href={url}>{keyword}</a> t, according to the latest report to Congress fromnational taxpayer-advocate Nina Olson. The IRS says the growth of identity-theft cases has challenged the agency.
